Originally from California, Dhave moved to New York City to pursue his passion for legal recruiting. After nearly a decade practicing law, including as a partner at an AmLaw 200 firm, he understands the realities, pressures, and possibilities that shape a legal career.

A first-generation attorney, Dhave knows how challenging the path can be. He uses that experience to support candidates with empathy, transparency, and strategic

guidance. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
