Meet Montserrat! She is a former Big Law Healthcare attorney who has transitioned into legal recruiting with a passion and dedication that define her approach. Montserrat earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center and her BA from Arizona State University.

Specializing in associate recruiting, Montserrat takes a comprehensive approach to talent acquisition, overseeing the entire recruiting lifecycle. Drawing on her experience from a prestigious AmLaw 25 firm, she ensures a seamless and efficient process. Her commitment extends beyond transactions, as she builds lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

During law school, Montserrat served as a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, where she honed her skills in communicating urgent and sensitive information and negotiating mediations and settlements. She was also an active member of her school’s Mock Trial team, further developing her advocacy skills.
